    5.1 where does GOKATA18 transfer data?

    The Company does not intend for your data to be stored outside the European Union. However, some service providers — in particular software solution providers — may be located outside the European Union.

    5.2 where is the data collected via our website hosted?

    GOKATA18 uses an IT provider responsible for hosting the data linked to the management of the website and applications.

    This data is hosted on shared or dedicated servers at OVH. This subcontractor allows the IT provider to select the physical location of data storage. The IT provider has chosen that the data be hosted on servers located in France.
