It is important to us that everyone finds their place and is able to work independently, progress, and help the company progress. That is why monthly performance reviews are organized between each employee and their manager.
This is an opportunity to debrief on the progress of each person's mission, define priorities for the coming periods, and establish an action plan to achieve them.
At the same time, every two months, a group meeting is held to allow all employees to discuss the company's development and review upcoming projects in each division.
Business coordination meetings are held weekly or monthly depending on the specific nature of the business and roles.

We are all passionate about boating, and Windelo allows us to fully enjoy our passion by connecting us with boats and other enthusiasts. The establishment of preferential purchasing conditions, particularly for equipment listed by the company, therefore seemed important to us as sailors.
